Documents to bring to your Consultation
DOCUMENTS TO BRING TO YOUR CONSULTATION
In order for you to have a successful consultation and to save you time and money, we highly recommend that you bring all of the documents you have that you believe are related to your case when you come to your consultation.

Be sure to bring any of the following items you may have:
  • Your passport: current and all old passports you may have.
  • Any and all correspondence you have received from the government, Courts, Immigration, or any other authority which may be related to your case.
  • Copies of any and all applications you have filed with Immigration, or any other correspondence you may have sent.
  • Your birth certificate, and those of your children.
  • Your marriage certificate(s) and all divorce decrees.
  • Any records you may have relating to any criminal arrests you may have been involved in, including indictments, police reports, court records, and dispositions of arrest.
  • If you are applying for a relative to get residence, then you should also bring three (3) years of your most recent tax returns, or other evidence of how you support yourself financially.
