BETTY HUANG

Received her B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College in 2000 and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2006. Betty joined the firm in December 2006 and has appeared before individual USCIS officers located in the New York City, Newark, and the Garden City District Offices. In addition, Betty has appeared before Immigration Judges in New York City for Master Calendar hearings. During law school, she worked as an intern with the Safe Horizon Immigration Law Project, the Brooklyn Law School Safe Harbor Clinic, and with Bretz and Coven LLP. Betty is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars.
Betty is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York County Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association of New York. She is fluent in Chinese.
